Cure dose and adhesion belong on the trial sheet, not in the contract

Write the radiometer reading and the tape test on the pull you keep. Do not ask the distributor to freeze that window into the purchase order.

Two pieces of paper, two jobs

The trial sheet records what happened on one press, one day, one board, one batch. The purchase order buys a named grade, a pack, and a quantity, with the TDS and SDS that belong to that grade.

Cure energy and tape adhesion move when speed, lamps, or film weight move. A number that was true on the trial is not a property of every future tin.

  • Date, press, and lamp type on the sheet.
  • Speed, and dose only if you actually measured it.
  • Stock name and the ink batch code.
  • The adhesion method you used, in one sentence.
  • Who signed, and where the retain is kept.

What a useful trial line looks like

“Mercury UV, two lamps, 10,000 sph, gold board 350 gsm, UV-G batch as printed, cross-hatch tape on the solid, no lift” is a record. “Cures perfectly and adhesion is excellent” is a slogan. If you use a radiometer, write the reading and the model. If you did not measure, write that you did not measure.

The incomplete-cure article is the troubleshooting list when the sheet is still tacky. This note is only where the result should live: on the pull, not in clause 6 of a year contract.

What can sit on the order

Grade name, mercury or LED as specified, tin or pouch, kilos, Incoterm, and the documents the factory already issues: TDS, SDS, and a COA when that lot has one. Incoming inspection still checks the tin against that paperwork when it arrives.

Catalog lines about faster cure, gloss, or strength stay in the manufacturer’s leaflet. HuiRun will not retype them as warranted values.

When the brand asks for a guarantee

Reply with the trial method and the retain, plus the TDS. If they want a food-contact or migration letter, that has to be a factory document matched to their test. We will not draft one because the job is a gift carton.

What the quote covers

Hefei HuiRun is a distributor. We do not sign your cure window, your tape rating, or a millijoule number. Bring the signed trial sheet if a later batch is in dispute. The batch code on the tin has to match the code on that sheet.

The ranges here are typical shop practice. Confirm them on your press, paper lot, and lamps or dryer. Catalog numbers stay on the data sheet; the signed sheet comes from a trial.
