About HuiRun Print
Hefei HuiRun Printing Technology Co., Ltd.
Hefei HuiRun Printing Technology Co., Ltd. opened in June 2015. We quote and ship for carton plants and commercial printers: conventional and UV sheetfed ink, water-based varnish, fountain solution, plus the SDS and COA that go with a trial lot. An inquiry works better when it names the press and the board.
What we try to do well
Name the grade, say whether it is warehouse stock or a factory slot, and get a trial kilo onto your press before anyone talks about a full container. The price should be workable, the papers should match the tin, and the follow-up should still know what a fountain setting is.
How the two brands work
HuiRun sells and ships from Hefei. Honglu is our registered brand and is made for us. LOCOER and Furey are made in Zhongshan; we sell that catalog. Certificates and food-contact statements follow the maker’s file and the buyer’s test method.
What we usually supply
Lower-odor and vegetable-oil inks
Soy, vegetable-oil, and low-odor conventional grades when the customer’s wording matches the data sheet. Soy oil is not a food-contact approval.
Custom spot colors
Matched on a spectrophotometer to Pantone or a retained carton. We agree the ΔE method with your press and viewing light before it goes on the quote.
Pouch pack and ink feed
2 kg and 3 kg vacuum pouches, and matching feed kits from the catalog when the press can take them.
Density, TVI, and viewing light
We talk through G7, ISO 2846, and ISO 12647 in pressroom words: density and dot gain on your board, under your light.
How quotes and follow-up work
- We quote grades we can name and source.
- A complaint is easier to check with a lot code, the board, and what you saw on the sheet.
- Drying, set-off, and color-change waste get looked at together with the press conditions.
- Shipments from Hefei follow warehouse stock and the factory slot. Ask for the date on rush jobs.
- Run a short trial before a full container. Catalog gloss still needs a check on your board.
