Two clocks: warehouse versus factory

If the grade is on the HuiRun floor, dispatch is a warehouse and truck problem. If the grade must be made or packed at Furey or the Honglu contracted plant, the clock is theirs. We will say which clock applies before you plan a press trial.

Hefei sits inland. That is useful for central China plants and for consolidating export to Shanghai or Ningbo. It is not a magic shorter ocean transit.

Documents and heat on the voyage are covered in the import article. Inland pickup from Hefei is not FOB Shanghai unless we write that named place.

Nearby provinces often see truck lead times measured in days once stock exists. Remote plants should plan an extra buffer for weather and holidays.
